Vice City is the urban heart of Leonida, and the most detailed part of the map shown so far. Here's every district confirmed through official trailers and the August 2026 Extended Look.

Ocean Beach

The visual icon of Vice City — white sand beaches, pastel Art Deco hotels, and a packed tourist strip modeled on Miami's South Beach and Ocean Drive. This is the district shown in the very first trailer's crowded beach footage.

Bayside

A waterfront storefront district, directly named on-screen by Lucia during a high-speed chase sequence in the Extended Look. Footage shows storefronts and nearby beach access — one of the more detailed neighborhoods revealed so far.

Stockyard

A mural-covered arts district inspired by Miami's Wynwood neighborhood, featuring commissioned work from real street artists. A grittier, more industrial-adjacent counterpart to the beachfront glamour of Ocean Beach.

Vice City Port

A sprawling industrial shipping district with container facilities, warehouses, and industrial bridges, visible across multiple trailers.

The Marina

A quieter, wealthier waterfront area shown with boats, jet skis, and luxury properties — likely a key access point for watercraft-based gameplay and missions.

Vice City International Airport (VCIA)

The city's primary aviation hub, based on Miami International Airport. Confirmed as a location, likely to serve as both a landmark and a functional travel point in-game.

Neighborhoods Still Being Confirmed

Trailer footage has also hinted at areas resembling Miami's Little Havana and Little Haiti — cultural neighborhoods suggested by visual cues in gameplay footage — but Rockstar has not officially named these districts as of this writing. They're marked trailer-implied rather than confirmed, and this page will update the moment Rockstar names them directly.

Notable Named Venues

Effluvia — a rooftop bar shown as a job-pitching location high above the city. Megamundo HQ — headquarters of the game's satirical in-world TV network, located near the airport.
